MY favorite part.. :)Some ideas we had were: Pasta bar, chicken salad sandwiches, pasta salad and regular salads, meat skewers... I remembered one dinner I went to where they had crepes out and lots of fun toppings, not just fruit but some meat filling too? Anyway, we're trying to keep it as inexpensive as possible but keep it fun. Shoot us some ideas!

what about hot chocolate...or at the cutiest reception they had bread bowls with soup and they put out like three different soup choices it was AMAZING they also had chocolate candy and the wrappers were fall colors hopefully

we had soft serve ice cream and toppings (different fruit & nuts) at ours. i think ppl liked it?
bread bowls and soup would be perfect for winter! so yummy! We did the crepes and they were a big hit! Just dessert ones though, then just appetizer foods like fruit, bread and artichoke dip, potato skins, and panini sandwiches.
I am not good at planning reception stuff. I would like to eat ice cream and candy though at your wedding. When is it? I hope i will be home!!! I have not seen you in so long. It would be awesome to get to go to your wedding!
Girl...I'm not married and haven't done the whole reception thing before but i sure have been to plenty to have a valid opinion. I LOVE the crepes idea or pasta bar. Crepes are incredibly delicious and you really cant go wrong with them. Especially fruity crepes. yum yum yum. I'm so sad I wont be in AZ for the big day. :(
thanks! i love all those ideas! i wish i could do just lots and lots of ice cream, but our parents want us to do some sort of meal.. the receptions at 6-8:30, too long for just ice cream and desserts they said. we have to please the ones that are paying for it i guess! :) so i think whats left to choose from are the bread bowls, crepes, and pasta bar.. i think i'm leaning toward the pasta bar? wahhooo.
