I was the same way preggo. I would say, just enjoy the sleep because for several months you will not get much. but If you have to be up have something minty thats strong. That always helped to keep my eyeballs atleast open and my brain from falling asleep. lol

I increased how much water I was drinking and that made a HUGE difference!
